Chromebooks have been gaining popularity, climbing the ranks of Amazon's best selling laptops to numero uno. Some of that can be attributed to their recent appearances in stores like Walmart and Staples, allowing curious shoppers to actually test-drive Google's browser-based OS. While a $200 laptop with a beefed-up browser for an operating system has its limitations, it's not be as stripped down as you might think.
